How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, go to the "Order History" section, where you'll find real-time updates on the status of your order. Additionally, you will receive email notifications with tracking information as your order progresses through the shipping process.
What are your delivery options?
Free shipping on all orders above $75 in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, while express shipping ensures a quicker delivery within 3-5 business days. You can select your preferred option at checkout, and shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address.
Do you provide International delivery?
We currently only ship within the US (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Vietnam.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. No return is accepted at this time.
Why we choose minimal packaging?
At Morii, we try to be as environmental friendly as possible by reducing unnecessary packaging such as extra clothing tags and customized stickers and only use enough plastic bags to protect our products from potential damage during the shipping process.
